Shipping & Returns

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 , we have noticed that USPS is experiencing delays in scanning and processing some shipments at this time.  Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 3 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking Email.  You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates to regular mailing services.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday are shipped out the same day via USPS delivery service unless another shipping method was selected.  On some occasions, orders can take 24-48hrs for fulfillment. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  Note that there are restrictions on some products to certain states and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, you may see shipping time estimates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, delivery date estimates may also appear on the shipping quotes page or on a carrier website.  Please understand that shipping time estimates and delivery date estimates given are used as a guide to help you, but we
cannot offer refunds or compensation if these estimates are not met.

Adult Signature States*

Orders shipping to the following states require an Adult Signature upon delivery. You will need to be present and show a valid ID to verify your age is 21 or over.  If goods are returned to us because carrier could not obtain proper verification of a person 21 yrs of age or older (or you are not able to be present for delivery), we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.  Customer will have the option to pay for additional shipping charges at then current shipping rate or receive a refund less our cost of shipping expense.

Adult signature states do not qualify for Free Shipping as there is an added cost for this service.  We offer these customers a reduced shipping charge compared to the actual shipping expenses we incur.  Most times these order will ship via USPS Priority Service

The following states require goods to be sent requiring an Adult Signature upon Delivery:

Connecticut

Delaware

Iowa

Nevada

New Hampshire

North Dakota

South Carolina

Texas

Virginia

Wyoming

 

States we CANNOT ship orders to:

Arkansas

Maine

Maryland

Massachusetts

New Jersey

New York

North Carolina

Utah

Vermont

*If you try and place an order shipping to one of these states, you will not be allowed to properly complete the checkout process.  If you incorrectly enter shipping address details, the following rule will apply and you will be creating the order at your own risk.


Incorrect Shipping Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of checkout.  If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and the goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. 

If goods are returned to us because they have been sent to the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.  Customer will have the option to pay for additional shipping charges at then current shipping rate or receive a refund less our cost of shipping expense.  If you notice that you provided incorrect or incomplete details, please contact us as soon as possible.  If the package has already been handed over to a carrier then the foregoing rules apply.

Items Lost in Transit and Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to a carrier, such as USPS, Fedex, UPS or DHL.

If the carrier has marked you order as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier. They are the only ones which are able to provide further information as to the whereabouts of your package.  If the carrier is USPS, we highly recommend going to your local post office and speaking to a Supervisor to obtain more detailed information.  We are under no obligation to re-ship your order or provide a refund if the carrier has marked your package as delivered. 

We also recommend to be vigilant in anticipating the delivery of your package as it is a common occurrence that packages are stolen after delivery.  If you believe you have been a victim of theft, please contact your local authorities to report it.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We cannot except returns or exchanges even if the items are unopened and unused.  Please choose carefully when adding products to your cart and processing orders.  Processing of orders begins very quickly after an order is placed, so if there is ever a time that you believe you have made a mistake on your order, please contact as soon as possible.  There is no guarantee that we will receive the message before the order has been processed, but we will make every attempt to assist if we are able to.
